This is our furry son Jenga π he is a very well educated Shiba Inu that patiently waits for his turn to eat a piece of sausage. For those who have a Shiba or know one, you all might know how special these dogs are. He is our best friend who knows us better than anyone else.
This photo was taken somewhere in Burnaby Mountain, Vancouver. Autumn is our second favourite season after summer π and the best of it is the change of colours in nature. Burnaby Mountain has lots of trails and hikes, we specially like the one that leads to the Simon Fraser University Campus.
Meat & Bread is definitely one of these restaurants on our repeat mode every once in a while. Their specialty is the porchetta sandwiches with the crunchy roasted pork skin.

In Jamjar Lebanese Restaurant they keep updating the hummus menu with new flavours every season. We had the pumpkin spice, hazelnut and original. All of them delicious in its own different way.

This is one of the best hikes weβve done in Whistler ππ» look for the 7 abandoned train box cars π, for the suspension bridge, for the beautiful and powerful river and for the still active train tracks!
The Lighthouse hike in North Vancouver is an easy hike with an astonishing view at the end. Perfect for people of all ages and dogs. We had sandwiches for lunch while we were enjoying this beautiful view.
Fancy a donut and a coffe? 49th Parallel Roasters is the place to go. Great donut menu with freshly roasted coffee. Our favourite donut is the lemon merengue π©π of course.
